At Auto Computer Performance, we are committed to providing high-quality remanufactured automotive electronic control modules. Due to the specialized nature of our products, our return policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining the integrity of our inventory.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must:
    • Be in their original, unused condition.
    • Include all original packaging and labels.
    • Be free from signs of installation, use, or testing.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Electrical parts (e.g., Engine Control Modules, PCMs, etc.)
    • Any part that has been installed, tested, or otherwise used.
    • Custom or special-order items.

Verification: All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Items that do not meet the above criteria will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for all eligible returns. This fee covers the costs associated with processing and inspecting returned items.

Return Process

  • Obtain Authorization: Customers must contact Auto Computer Performance at [Insert Contact Information] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  • Provide Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original invoice must accompany the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that a product is defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Contact us immediately within five (5) business days of receipt.
  • Provide detailed photos and a description of the issue.
  • Upon verification, a replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.

Refunds

  • Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be allowed for certain items, subject to availability and inspection. Customers must contact us to initiate an exchange request.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled without penalty if the cancellation request is made before the product has shipped.
  • If a cancellation request is made after a special-order item has been procured, a 20% cancellation fee will apply.
